Can it be Frozen? No.
Can it be prepared in advance? Yes, up to 1 day to stage 1.
Will leftovers be nice? Yes, for up to 3 days.
Once prepared and cooked, many dishes can be frozen and kept for a later date. Many, however, cannot and will usually turn into an unappealing mush if you do.
When we say that a dish can be frozen, we mean that, once you have thawed it and reheated it (if applicable), then it will be as nice or almost as nice as when the dish was freshly cooked. You should bear in mind that any dish is almost always nicer when it has been freshly made.
When cooking any meal, it is often very useful to prepare the dish as far as possible prior to actually serving it, saving untold amounts of stress when everything comes together.
While some dishes cannot be prepared at all, others to a certain stage, and others can be completely cooked several days in advance, it is worth noting that almost all dishes will be better if they are prepared and cooked in one go, keeping them as fresh as possible.
After any meal there will almost always be excess, leftover food and, depending on the dish, it may or may not be nice when eaten later. We try to give you a rough idea as to whether it is worth keeping the food or not (of course, this is a highly subjective area, as some people might like eating leftover cabbage).
It is important to note that for most dishes (especially hot dishes), the leftovers are never going to be as nice as the original, freshly cooked dish.
