Salmon & Prawn Pasta

Salmon & Prawn Pasta large icon This delicious ‘one-pot’ meal is very simple to prepare and extremely quick to make, perfect for a weeknight dinner!

Ingredients

  • 120g Pasta (any will do)
  • 140g Salmon Fillet
  • 90g King Prawns (6) cooked
  • 30g Parmesan Cheese
  • 5g Fresh Dill
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 150ml Double Cream
  • Preparation Time: 5 minutes
  • Cooking Time: 15 minutes
  • Serves: 3

Method

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the packet. If you have freshly made your own pasta, cook it as you usually do.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, grate the parmesan, finely chop the dill, juice the lemon and cut the salmon into strips about ½cm thick. the raw ingredients
  3. When the pasta is cooked, drain it and put it back into the pan over a medium heat. Then add in all of the other ingredients. adding the ingredients to the cooked pasta
  4. Stir everything together and cook it for about 5 minutes, until the salmon is just cooked, stirring it frequently. mixing it all together
  5. Dish it out and serve. a plate of the finished salmon and prawn pasta
