This simple sauce is both sharp and sweet, a perfect accompaniment for chocolate puddings, pastry desserts and garnishes for ice creams.
Ingredients
- 150g raspberries
- 45g icing sugar
Preparation Time: 7 minutes
Cooking Time: n/a
Serves: 3 – 4
Method
- Put the raspberries and icing sugar into the bowl of a food processor.
- Blitz them until they have formed a puree.
- Push this through a fine sieve to remove the seeds.
- Keep the coulis refrigerated until it is needed.
